Take a few minutes to read about what you can expect from this event.
One reason behind the fair’s popularity is its use as a celebration of Florida’s agricultural industry. Agriculture plays a large role in Florida’s economy, and the fair allows companies to celebrate this success with Florida’s residents. As part of the fair, several exhibitions are held to teach people how the food is farmed and produced.
The Ag-Venture is among the most notable exhibitions, as it gives attendees a rundown of the important role agriculture plays in Florida’s society. Attendees can also visit Cracker Country, and get a firsthand look at what rural life was like. Through these exhibitions, kids and adults will have fun learning about the impact of the agricultural industry.
Fun & Exciting Rides
Of course, it wouldn’t be a state fair if there weren’t some fun rides for attendees to check out as well. Over 30 attractions will be set up this year, and they’ll remain open for the duration of the event. One of the highlights of the fair is the Street Fighter, a popular thrill ride that spins 360 degrees in the air.
Another popular attraction is the Midway Sky Eye, which is famous for being the largest travelling Ferris wheel in the United States. For those looking for something more relaxing, there’ll be a swinging ship, a haunted mansion, bumper cars, and more. Regardless of your intensity level, there’s plenty of fun to be had at this fair.
