What You Get In an Apartment
We offer residents five spacious floor plans that offer plenty of room to work with. Some of the amenities that are included in each unit are an in-unit washer and dryer, carpeted bedrooms, a large soaking tub, private master suites, and resident controlled air and heat. Other appliances include a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a refrigerator with a freezer, and ceiling fans in select units.
Verizon FiOS is supported at this community, allowing you to easily access your telephone and internet services at any time. You may bring up to two cats and two dogs with you when you move in, but the combined weight for your pets must not exceed fifty pounds. The fee for pets at move-in is $375.00, in addition to a $10.00 fee per month for each animal.
